Until recently I wore the same type of shoe while working out, running and /or walking 😬

The other day I shared about the importance of having a good running shoe {take a look at that post if you haven’t yet}.

Today I want to share about the importance of training shoes for different types of workouts like HIIT, Weight lifting, Strength training, and Agility training {I’m wearing https://www.nike.com/t/air-max-bella-tr-3-womens-training-shoe-fl5g5G Air Max Bella TR 3 and loving them}.

What to look for:

  • Training shoes support a range of movement, including: cutting, stopping, breaking, jumping, and changing direction quickly.

  • You can tell the difference between ruining and training shoes from the “heel drop”, training shoes are much flatter.

  • Lightweight, flexible, lower heel

  • Size: size up at least a half size to account for the natural movement and swelling of your feet during workouts.

www.Pinterest.com/livingfitrossanyIt will help you avoid issues like: discomfort, lower performance and injuries.

.

.

Do you wear the same type of shoe or do you have a pair for your different types of workout activities?
