As you well know I’m fairly new to the running game, when I started running I only had one pair of running shoes and I had no idea that there were so many different types of running shoes out there.
I have learned quite a bit over the last two years, more importantly I have learned what what to look for on a running shoe and how it will benefit me during my training versus just wearing whatever.
I have shared a couple of some of the shoes I have used in the past, and today I’m super excited to tell you all about my new pair of running shoes.
The new Brooks Ghost 14 carbon-neutral shoes.
First impression: I was totally in love with them because the color is gorgeous, and they are a very lightweight shoe.
Took them on my first trial run while on vacation in California and they became my favorite running shoe almost instantly.
Love the responsiveness, how they hug my feet giving me the right support and at the same time enough room and honestly so cushioning, like walking on clouds.
